Renewal Radar is developed and operated by For The Few Ventures LLC, doing business as For The Few Operations ("FTF Operations," "we," "our," or "us").

We respect your privacy and believe your business information should remain under your control.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Renewal Radar accesses, how it is used, where it is stored, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Access

When you use Renewal Radar, the application may access the following information:

Google Account Information

Your Google account email address is used to identify your account and determine whether you are authorized to access Renewal Radar.

Renewal Information

Information you enter into Renewal Radar may include:

  • Subscription or vendor names

  • Categories and recurring costs

  • Billing frequencies

  • Renewal and cancellation dates

  • Renewal status and notes

  • Reminder preferences and email addresses

Application Information

Renewal Radar stores the identifier of your designated Google spreadsheet to reconnect your dashboard to your records.

2. How We Use Your Information

Renewal Radar uses this information only to provide its features, including:

  • Displaying and managing renewal records

  • Calculating estimated recurring expenses

  • Monitoring renewal and cancellation deadlines

  • Sending reminder notifications

  • Saving your preferences

  • Maintaining account access and application functionality

Renewal Radar does not read your Gmail inbox or search your unrelated Google Drive files.

3. Google Account Permissions

Renewal Radar uses Google services to operate.

Depending on the features you enable, the application requests permission to:

  • Create and access Google spreadsheet files used by Renewal Radar

  • Send reminder emails through your Google account

  • Run scheduled reminder tasks when you are not actively using the application

  • Access your Google account email address for identification and authorization

The application runs using the permissions granted by the signed-in Google account.

You can review or revoke these permissions through your Google Account settings.

4. Where Your Information Is Stored

Your renewal records and reminder settings are stored in a Google spreadsheet created in your Google Drive.

You own and control that spreadsheet.

FTF Operations maintains the Renewal Radar application, but does not routinely receive copies of your renewal records or require you to share your spreadsheet with us.

The application also uses Google Apps Script to maintain certain account-specific application settings and operate scheduled reminders.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your Google user data or renewal records.

We do not use information obtained through Google's APIs for advertising, behavioral profiling, or training artificial intelligence models.

Information is processed through Google services as necessary to operate Renewal Radar.

When you enable reminders, relevant renewal details are included in emails sent to the reminder address you specify. You are responsible for ensuring that address is appropriate for receiving your information.

We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to investigate security incidents, consistent with applicable law and Google's user data requirements.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your renewal records remain in your Google spreadsheet until you edit or delete them.

You may manage your information directly through Google Sheets.

If you wish to stop using Renewal Radar, we recommend that you:

  1. Disable automatic reminders in the application's Settings.

  2. Save or export any information you want to keep.

  3. Delete your Renewal Radar spreadsheet from Google Drive if you no longer want it.

  4. Revoke Renewal Radar's access through your Google Account settings.

Revoking access does not automatically delete the spreadsheet you own.

Some application settings and technical execution records may remain within Google's services according to their applicable retention practices.

For help with account-access removal or questions about data deletion, contact us using the information below.

7. Security

Renewal Radar uses Google's authentication, authorization, and application infrastructure to access and manage your records.

We limit the application's requested Google permissions to those needed for its functionality.

No online application or data storage system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your Google account credentials and controlling access to your Google Drive files.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Renewal Radar, applicable laws, or our information practices.

We will update the revision date when material changes are made. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using Google user data for a materially different purpose.
