Welcome to Renewal Radar.
Renewal Radar is developed and operated by For The Few Ventures LLC, doing business as For The Few Operations ("FTF Operations," "we," "our," or "us").
These Terms of Service explain the conditions for accessing and using Renewal Radar.
By accessing or using Renewal Radar, you agree to these terms.
1. About Renewal Radar
Renewal Radar is a web-based application designed to help individuals and businesses organize subscriptions, recurring expenses, renewal dates, and cancellation deadlines.
Features include renewal tracking, recurring cost summaries, email reminders, and optional Google Calendar integration.
Renewal Radar is an organizational tool. It does not manage payments, cancel subscriptions on your behalf, or guarantee that a renewal or cancellation deadline will be met.
2. Google Account Requirements
Renewal Radar requires a compatible Google account.
To use the application, you must authorize the Google permissions necessary for its operation.
These permissions allow Renewal Radar to create and manage its designated spreadsheet, identify your account, send reminders, and run scheduled tasks when enabled.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and protecting your login credentials.
Renewal Radar is not developed, sponsored, or endorsed by Google.
3. Your Information and Ownership
Your renewal records are stored in a Google spreadsheet owned by your Google account.
You retain ownership and control of the information you enter.
You may access, edit, export, or delete your information through Google Sheets.
FTF Operations retains ownership of the Renewal Radar application, its source code, design, branding, and related intellectual property.
Using Renewal Radar does not transfer ownership of the application or its source code to you.
4. Application Access and Licensing
Renewal Radar is a hosted web application maintained by FTF Operations.
Authorized users receive permission to access and use the application for lawful personal or business purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or commercially exploit the application or its source code without written authorization.
Access to the hosted application depends on its continued operation, applicable Google services, and compliance with these Terms.
5. Pricing and Purchases
Renewal Radar is intended to be offered as a one-time-purchase product rather than an ongoing FTF Operations subscription.
Purchases are not currently available during this testing phase.
Before paid sales begin, FTF Operations will disclose the final price, payment terms, applicable refund policy, support commitments, and service-continuity arrangements.
A one-time payment does not mean the customer acquires ownership of the hosted application or its source code.
6. Reminders and Notifications
Renewal Radar can send email reminders based on the renewal dates, cancellation deadlines, and settings you provide.
You are responsible for entering accurate information and maintaining appropriate reminder preferences.
Email delivery and scheduled execution may be affected by Google service availability, account permissions, internet connectivity, or technical failures.
Renewal Radar reminders are a convenience, not a guaranteed notification service.
You remain responsible for monitoring your obligations, renewal dates, cancellation deadlines, and subscriptions.
7. Third-Party Services
Renewal Radar relies on Google services, including Google Sheets, Google Drive, Apps Script, and related authorization services.
These services operate under Google's applicable terms and policies.
Changes, outages, restrictions, or discontinued features affecting those services may affect Renewal Radar.
FTF Operations does not control Google's services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Renewal Radar for unlawful activities.
Attempt to access another user's information.
Interfere with the application's security or operation.
Circumvent access controls or licensing restrictions.
Distribute malicious software through the application.
FTF Operations may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
9. Application Updates and Availability
FTF Operations may maintain, update, or improve Renewal Radar to support security, compatibility, and functionality.
We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
If the hosted application is discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export records when feasible, subject to applicable law and circumstances.
Specific service-continuity commitments for paid customers will be established before commercial sales begin.
10. Privacy
Your use of Renewal Radar is also governed by the Renewal Radar Privacy Policy.
That policy explains how the application accesses, uses, stores, and handles Google user information.
11. Disclaimer and Limitations
Renewal Radar is provided as an organizational and reminder tool.
It is not a substitute for reviewing subscription agreements, invoices, renewal notices, or cancellation requirements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FTF Operations is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate user-entered information, missed reminders, third-party service interruptions, or decisions made solely in reliance on the application.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the application, our operating practices, or legal requirements.
We will update the revision date when changes are made and provide additional notice when required by law.
